Name + Picture?

I was wondering, is it possible to have a name and a picture when a person is talking? I have an example below if it helps.



There's no name tag but just pretend it's there.

EDIT: Sorry, my mistake. I found it in the Script Database...guess I wasn't looking too hard  :P
