Can someone get me a battle system script like Paper Mario?

You know how in paper mario you have to like press a button fast and it decides how much damage you do? Could someone get me a script like that?

How it works:

Say you wanted to use a certain skill. You might have to press the button as fast as you can to determain the damage. Thats basicly all I want.

Also, they have one for Street Fighter style key combos.
