A while ago, I started a game on rpg maker 2k3 that's an extremely basic rpgish brawler.  I'm always pissed by the lack of colors available and the sizes of things I gotta work with, but I never really felt like learning to use xp.  HOWEVER, theres a whole community here full of (?) intelligent people, so I'm wondering if any1 talented (scriptwise) wants to do a short and sweet project w/ me.  I have an amazing concept I won't spoil here.

if no-one cares I'll just make it on 2k3 like I planned.  Heres some screens of my work.  All custom-made.

At the very least discuss if in xp it's possible to make a decent brawler.  My 2k3 is pretty fun.

Do you have a demo? I feel your graphics are quite too colourful, but I would like play it and tell you what I think. I'm working on my own project which is to big to give free time to help.

:)

Watch out for: HaloOfTheSun

biohazard

Just a tip, the saturation is WAY too high.

Yes, especially on that grass...which looks like a painted piece of cardboard. Sorry, but it's true. You need more detail in the seemingly less significant areas.

I like how the graphics look, and unlike arrowone I like the grass... It reminds me of earthbound.

OH I like the shapes, YES, very Earthboundly. It's just they need a bit more detail between shades in certain parts, notably the trees, and colors that aren't quite so...vibrant. I personally would find it difficult to fight someone inside a neon light fixture.

I like bright colors that's just me.  I also like stepping on cats.

no-one cares about the brawler? Ah well, keep the comments comin
