I need some judges to help me judge the first Crankeye Mapping contest of 2007. Please post here if you would like to judge, and I will select 4 people that will help me.

Requirements to offer your assistance:
300+ posts (unless you are well known enough to have less)
Rep status 5+ (unless you are well known enough to have less)

Just an idea, for the main competition let's not have the contestants make one map, some people do better at one kind of map, instead let's make the mappers make a large (50 by 50), medium (30 by 30), and a small (20 by 20) out of all different tilesets.

@darkelementwars:I think people are voting on the judges, so as long as your well known Nouman will probably put you on the list

I will explain the rules later, but am open to suggustions, I was thinking of having different sections in each contest you could enter a map in: Large map aa x aa size, and the second would be a normal screenshot size.

You wont find any of my maps on this site i dont think they exist anymore, but anyone who was on here pre-march 06 knows i can map. I love telling people there maps suck when they think theyre mapping is awesome

On Monday we should know who becomes the judges, and hopefully later that week tje judges will post rules, grading criteria, and the like, and then we should start mapping

Nouman, do you want us all to post an example of our mapping so it will be easier to choose judges?

no, I will was thinking for this contest due to the many submissions, I might extend the wait and add a poll, and people could just vote. But no, no mapping is needed to select.
