First off Hi, I'm new to these boards, I found out about Crankeye via Rios-Ent and so here I am.
Anyway I recently started a new project on RMXP which is currently called Haze of Darkness but the name may evently be changed

Story

Nick and Jakob, two travelers, are searching for a place to set up camp, they eventuly find a nice area by a small lake whicfh they discover is also the home of two forest goblins, after clearing these a stranger come in and tells them to meet him at the WillowVale (working name) inn the next day, after pitching up the tent Jakob has an odd dream, the story unfolds from there on.

well, not much to tell from...lol..but looks like a good start. I see that the screenshots are comming so I will wait and tell you my thought on them

Other than a couple of errors with mapping, they look good love the battler sprites! Awesomeness!

your mapping looks good for just starting. You should look into reading some mapping tutorials

hmm your maps either look too busy or too empty. make the inside houses a little smaller so they dont look too empty or too big. looks nice overall. you also have a grammar error with the farmer. if u want him to say head east...blah blah blah you'd put the ' before ed like 'ed east... sorry. im a spelling grammar person. i dunno, just bothering me lol

Why would my game be shunned for using arshes sprites? i thuink they look cool and so far your the opnly one who said anything negative bout them, but if you think that it would wreck the game can you hook me up with some new ones? i only know about arshes ones and they look good in my opinon.

I am aware of map errors but they will eventuly get fixed in the fine tuning stage of game making, the demos almost ready, just need to finish StoneWood city and fix up certain areas.

...Mapping needs work in the interiors and some exteriors and there are some minor spelling errors, might wanna check through the screens and check out some mapping tuts. The story is fine and all, no problems there I guess, its all coming along nicely.

You've uploaded just the "game.exe" in RS...
So no one can play it.
