Is it possible in RMXP to set an attack attribute for the basic attack so that each monster has their individual attack attribute???

I thought about using skills for the basic attack but that would get confusing after multiple "attack" skills were made...not to mention the work of having to balance each one individually.

That's for element and status resistances.

Hmm...
Go to skills... and add an attack.  Make it have the element you want and say for a normal attack the attack  should be somewhere around 5~12, now go to the monster double click where it says attack and replace it with the brand new skill you just made, make sure there is no command called 'attack' in the monster's things to do.
