I really didn't think this was going to be a problem, but it is...

For what ever known reason. I don't have the option to disable escaping from "regular" battles. Unless, I don't notice it anywhere. But either way, I can't disable escaping during regular battles. But for what ever known reason, if you make a monster encounter event, that gives you the option to disable escape. So... Why doesn't regular battling have that option? Is it a special option else where that i'm not noticing?
