I'm washing everything in hot water and drying on max temperature a getting a bed encasement to keep them out and lock them in. I also vacuumed a bunch of them up.

This is not a war I intend on losing.

Best of luck, I hear these things are hell to get rid of.

EDIT: If they're anything like scabies, adding some flea dip to your laundry helps to kill the larvae and eggs. It might be worth trying.

This stuff will dry out their exoskeletons when they pass through it and cause them to die off. It has to be food grade, freshwater uncalcinated powder. If your bed isn't on a frame, get one. If it is, move it away from the wall, surround each post touching the floor with it, and put a good amount along the lining of the frame. You're probably better off getting rid of your sheeting all together and getting new ones.

We actually have some of this and I'm going to try it if washing, cleaning and encasing doesn't do the trick.

The mattress and box springs are encased now. There shouldn't be anywhere for them to hide.
