OK, so I've got a victory ME that runs kinda long, so I was wondering if there is a way of stopping it when the player goes back to the map. There's no "Stop" or "Fade Out" commands for ME's.
You'd probably have to go to every monster party in your database, set it to make every time a monster dies in the battle activate a local switch (depends on the number of monsters in the battle), then in each page make a fork condition that when all the switches are activated, it delays the battle window for a bit so the victory music can proceed. Do you need help eventing this?
meh i don't really want to force the player to sit in the victory screen and wait for the music to end either for 15 seconds....if theres no way to stop it I may just switch the victory music...
You could make the player talk during the wait. Like "Yay we won!"
you could always edit it in a music program or windows movie maker and make it fade yourself and possibley shorten it.

not a bad idea, kinda like in tales they have the victory quotes at the end of battles...

I have absolutely no idea how to do that...
You can add in Scene_Map just over "loop do" in "def main"
Audio.me_stop
But there's no fade effect like you might want it. =/
sweet thanks blizz!
