Sorry about this guys, I am really really really bad at map making and everytime i attemp to make one it always end up stuffing up. Is there a way i can get pre-made maps?

for rpg maker 2003, they offer a dungeon maker...but thats about the extent of it.  and it's not even that good.

Well, you could get a hand of some finished projects and then use its maps but I don't advise that. First of all, it's plain copying and not welcomed. Second, you can't be using their maps since you're making your own game and particular creations would not fit in. On the other hand, you could, instead of copying, observe how the maps are done and follow some common sense.

My next idea is to find a person to join your developer team who has a feeling for graphical and aristic/estetic display and use.

A good thing for an mapper is know the purpose of the place. If you don't know the purpose you'll have no idea what the basic shape is.

Shops= square and often closed
Corridors = Long, narrow, open ended
Village areas = Here's where it gets complicated, but you should find out easy enough.
