Unoriginal text here.
I know I'm behind the crowd on this, but I'm always behind the crowd, because I usually wait for an Xbox game to drop to $40 before buying it. Anyway, I'm determined to max out all Bioshock 2 achievements, and I'm going to need the DLC for some of them, but I'm a little confused about it.

First we've got Kill 'em Kindly, a golf club multiplayer mode.
Then we've got Sinclair Solutions Tester Pack, where you can level to 50 and get new weapon upgrades, as well as trials and masks and characters (oh my!).
Then we've got Rapture Metro, which says it has Rebirth which sets you back to level 1, and it also gives you 6 new maps.

Ok, I'm confused here, and I'm hoping somebody else here has done it so perhaps you can help me out.
-Can I invoke Rebirth at any time after downloading Rapture Metro, or is it a one-time thing that only happens immediately after I download it, so I have to be level 50 before I download it?
-How come the product description for "Kill 'em Kindly" is also at the bottom of Rapture Metro's description? Does Rapture Metro include Kill 'em Kindly, so I only need Rapture Metro for both of them? Or is that just a typo?
-If I reach level 50 without Rapture Metro downloaded, will it still work right once I get it?
-How do I play the Kill 'em Kindly mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as usual. Also, screw Gamestop. They had Zigo and Blanche as some kind of bonus characters they were giving away to anybody who pre-ordered Bioshock 2, but now you can just download them on the marketplace. I guess I lucked out when I elected NOT to pre-order the game.
