At first one thinks so, but once you get use to it, it's not the same anymore  Lately, They've been throwing Bad Animes, Mostly the Good Ones they Throw, are Either Based on a Novel or a Hentai Game that had been selling well.

They kinda loosing their Touch.

Yea... Old animes are better somehow.

Some new animes are just created to sell hentais and fan services...

Meh, not too fond of anime. The only series I watched more than one episode of (except Pokémon and Digimon, but they don't really count) were; Ranma ½, FLCL and Excel Saga. They were pretty fun, but I never got into anime much.

We saw this really cool movie during the start of my animation-course at school, can't remember the name of it. It was a sci-fi flick, a little steampunkish, and they combined anime, CG/3D and real video elements. Not sure if it should be called anime though, I think it was Korean.

I've seen a few of the mainstream anime movies as well, those that are generally popular, like Spirited Away, My Neighbour Totoro, Princess Mononoke and Laputa - Castle in the Sky. Dunno about the latter two, but the first two mentioned are pretty popular amongst most people.

- Bleach (Ongoing - getting a bit sloppy though - the eps are mostly dialog - similar to the current naruto eps)
- Naruto (Sick of it because the recent eps are just staring and a tiny bit of dialog)
- Full Metal Alchamist (It was interesting. One of the good animes that are out there)
- One Piece (Ongoing - It's a weird adventure/fantasy/pirate anime. It's one that sortof grows on you. I really like it. )
- Air Gear (An odd anime with gangs that use roller blades - It's not quite as corny as it sounds, you'd have to see it to believe me )
- Code Geass (Ongoing? - A mech type of anime (I normally hate mech anime) that I suprisingly liked. Check it out)
- Deathnote (A mind game type. Basically a dude has a book that kills people. It's interesting)
- Hitman Reborn (Ongoing - A "very" odd anime. It seems a bit kiddy but it grows on you)
- Gash Bell (Ongoing - Another weird anime. Mainly demons parter up with humans to decide the next king of the demons. It's interesting once you get into it)

I've met a guy who liked the english dub.... It's kinda fucked up.

i watch the japanese version of Naruto mainly for two reasons.

-When they broadcast it in America, they had to change things so parents of kids who watch it don't cry about the show being inappropriate. So they had to cut out 90% of anything otherwise funny out making it gay and lifeless. Without the gutting, The show is a regular anime.

-Contributing partly from the last reason,  i have patience of a fly. So i went on to the computer and watched up to ep. 260. How the English version could of prevented its retarded entities it would go on a channel that would not have cut as much. But since it was cartoon network it was gutted and all it was left but skin and shit.

Then again the another people look at this as people get too into this show and but stuff off the internet. Causing the loss of interest in this show.

I liked Naruto for a time because it was interesting seeing the progression of a character from outcast to hero.

But I stopped watching when I realized the entire series, both old and new, could have been condensed into about 52 episodes instead of over 400.

But Kefka is right, the difference between the original japanese version and the butchered version broadcast in America is kind of ... frightening.

Thinks that's bad? Watch Tokyo Mew Mew, then the American dub, Mew Mew Power.

Yu Yu Hakusho originally aired on Toonami, around 4 pm on Cartoon Network.
And Naruto airs  at like 10 pm, which is still technically Cartoon Network, Adult Swim starts at 11.


But yeah, the other 2 (minus the movie) are an Adult Swim. I was just pointing out that you have predictable taste in anime.

I didn't watch alot of naruto, i stopped watching around the chuunin exams. It was okay, it pissed me off how Sasuke and naruto could go through all that in the one mission but then start being immature again.

I stopped watching bleach because the writing was terrible, even in the japanese sub. I might take it up again though, Some part of me kind of liked it .

I go subs instead of dubs all the time. I'd rather squint at text then listen to the bastardized versions of the originals any day.
