Rpg Maker 2000; I want to mirror the chips, as in...The end of a building is on the left hand side, I want to mirror that part of the building so I can use it on the other side

You can use paint. Get the part you want to mirror. Image > Mirror/Rotate > Mirror horicontal (through the vertical axis), copy it back into a empty part of the tileset.
