Ok, I need a gaming crew that I can get my hands on fast. I'll need them to get what I want done at least three weeks after I say I want it in. Why? Well, I can't get things in on time, why should they? Anyway, bottom line is I need a crew to help me get things done fast. Any volunteers?

It depends on what they can do. I want to hire people who want to be hired. I don't want people wo can do something, are good at it, and don't want to ever do it. I want people who can find what they want to do, not people who find what they can do.

But for basis, I need  mappers, scripters, plot writers, scenario artists, spriters/pixelers, Character designers, and anything else people want to do.

5 tips on getting a team

1. Get well known on the forum
2. Try to do alot of stuff on your own, the less you ask for the more people will relaize you can on your own
3. Post a game on this fourm, even if its just a basic idea, showing people you have something planned will help.
4. Help others, and help will come back to you
5. If you can't get everything ask for the major things only.

well i always volunteer for teams to be a plot writer/ creative development / character designs (in terms of personality not appearance) so I'll volunteer here if you want me.

Okay, thanks! Oh, and Nouman6, I was once part of this forums along time ago, only now returning. I helped out alot back then, and hope to soon get re-known to everyone again soon.
