problem

ok well i havent been here for awhile now casue ie been busy with many stuff anyways i havent been able to work on my own project but instead i need to work on a school project with making games, anyways what i wanted was when u start open playing games there is goi to pop up a title screenn with new game, continue, and leave, could you change the texts on the title screen and the instrustions it needs to do like instead of continue to let it become help and when someone clicks on it that an explanation pops up with how to play the game? (rpg maker xp)

thnx man but i just have one more question tho, when i have changed the names of things i want to change their actions too like instead of continue to change it to a help window, you know that it shows text how to move a character and stuff i need to know how to show text when u click on the button in the title screen instead of continue... im still usign rpg maker xp

I made a topic like this, but I can't find it, so I'll just tell you.

Go to script, and look through the different scripts. You'll see the things you want to change in one of them. It'll have:
[New Game]
[Continue]
[Shutdown]

Just change them to what you need.

lol yeh i have that already but thnx anyway but its like it has a finction too not just a name cause theres for newgame also command new game and what it needs to do and stuff but i want to change command continue to command help but when i click on help instead of continue it needs to show me a bar with text how to play the game and not contine from a save file. but i also need t to be able to use it anytime you want.
