start the game/ playtest, walk around and then when you feel like its a good screenie, look for a key on your keybord it says "PrintScreen/ SysRq, press it, then open paint and paste it into paint.

on most keyboards i use theres a "prt sc" right above the number pad if it has one.  just hit that, then open paint or some other picture software and paste.
