He tried before, but Silver locked it because he didn't have 30 posts. Now that he has 30 posts, he immediately goes and makes the topic. Plus he got them very cheaply. He just went to all the Welcome threads and said "Welcome."

Hmm... What do happen if your number of posts drops below 30?
Should the advertisement be removed until the user in question has achieved 30 again?

Most of his posts are simply one- to three-word comments. Not to mention those four "Welcome" posts.
