What is this supposed to be.It says that I it cant find it.

What do I do?

It should be in the folder where you installed RMXP. If it's not there, here, I uploaded it for you. Just unzip it into the folder then.

Now I donwnloaded it

It still says it cant find it

When I click on scilexer.dll,it asks me what do I want to open it with.I dont know what I can use to open it.

(I tried to open it with rpg maker itself but it says it was an unexpected file format)

No no no no no....
Do not open the SciLexer.dll
*.dll is an Application Extention. It means sort of helping code for the program.
Just open the RPGXP.exe
