    • It should be in the folder where you installed RMXP. If it's not there, here, I uploaded it for you. Just unzip it into the folder then.

    • Now I donwnloaded it

    It still says it cant find it

    When I click on scilexer.dll,it asks me what do I want to open it with.I dont know what I can use to open it.

    (I tried to open it with rpg maker itself but it says it was an unexpected file format)

    I forgot to mention that I am using xp

    Do not open the SciLexer.dll
    *.dll is an Application Extention. It means sort of helping code for the program.
    Just open the RPGXP.exe
