City tutorials?

Is there any city making tutorials out there?

There should be such a tute by Dwarra here.

No dwarra only made for INETERIORS and CAVES

For a city like use the hose template, make a friggin house, go layer 3 add windows etc.
GO to event layer, add a door graphic, if you want it to do something make event stuff to.

Make many like that, make a farm, (using the plant like vegetables and fences) make a small lakes, random ppl walking by, make a park if its to big..

Make some horse guys go by..
