How can i make one event call an event I tred switches but all that did was make it so the graphic didnt appear until the switch is on and the event still doesnt happen how an i make this work

well if you want one thing to happen after another thing usually easier to just make it all one event
you could also insert a wait so that the second event happens after a certain amount of time
or you could make the 2nd event have 2 pages, one with no precondition and the graphic, the other with the switch precondition and the graphic and what you want it to do after switch is flipped

ur gonna kick urself after looking at this

basically, keep the person in the same spot but place an event infront of them that you activate thru the action key and put their message in that event

I said don't move the guy
just put an event on the bottom part of the bars that talks to you instead of him

oh, its okay i put the event in the guard and made a switch make the guy dis appear
