[FIXED] Installer problem! (windows XP)

I tired to install the RPG maker XP postality knights version on my comp, but my installer said that it has some kind of problem because either 1.) I am runnign windows in safe mode or 2.) My installer is not installed proporly (??). It's worked before, and I know I'm not in safe mode. please help! 

the windows installer itself is working wrong. I and don't know what I would do if my installer was installed incorrectly, because then I couldn't install another installer!

Go to windows update and suck it dry of updates. That should fix your windows installer, seeing as updates are released for it every now and then.

Oh, if your copy of windows isn't legal, I'd steer clear of the WGA Notification update~

Actually, I figured out my problem.

I had alot os internet windows open at once, so teh installer couldn't do it's thing.

I fixed it on accident, I thought I had to restart my comp >.>

You can't install stuff in save mode.

It says the service cannot be acessed.
