Charas for RPG Maker XP?

Is there a Charas for RPG Maker XP, and if not, does any one have templates of blanks characters, I found some that have hair, but I need them to have no hair or clothes.
I figure I can use Layers in GIMP to be my Charas if all else fails. Just load the parts together as seperate layers, than drop the layers down when I export it to create the new character model.

Hm, I tried Google, but had zero luck, but anyways, I did find something about one in a different thread, but it had pretty bad reviews, I can't even run it.

That is much better than what I had found, my only issue with this one is I can't add my own resources, but it ought to work really well for civilians and such.
