Help with game disks

When some of my pals try to play a game i made they get the error "RJSS100J.dll not found"
How can i make an executalbe or where do i find this file and where do i tll them to put it so they can play it?

do your friends have RMXP? If they don't, send the file along with everything else you sent them. I'm not on my laptop so this might not br right. Its MENT to be in C:/ WINDOWS/ system32

however if you don't have windows XP, it might be somewhere else.
