to use to make animations doe rpg maker xp?also can you explain how to make a cutscene?thanks in advance

Well, a cut scene is to easy. All you have to do is do repetitive screen shots, or if you have a video program that records your activities on the screen you could always use that to make a movie. Then when you want to make a cut scene, create an event that calls that video to play.

Animations on the other hand are also very easy. Just go around the net, find characters, take their hair, clothes, etc. and mix-match them with other parts of characters.

Upload The Cut Scene

Now, create a common event
Now find the action, "Play Video" or something along those lines

Upload your cut scene
Create The Action, "End Event Processing"

no i mean a program..like animation software that i can download so i can "make" the cutscene....

You don't need a program, just do it all by hand, it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Either that or look up on google for "Screenshot Recorders"

ok well how do you make it where...well lemme explain what i am wanting...

1.zooms in on map
2. girl walks to hero
3. Will you help us?
4. great!
5. a old man walks in from the other side
6. come  along sarah we must make pace
7. comming
8.thanks again hero
9. girl and old man walk off screen
10 returns normal and u can the play the game

Set hero movement, and event characters movement to 1.

Take screen shots of each action, use Adobe Photoshop ImageReady or other similiar programs to link them.

Import the file into the rpg maker

Create an autostart common event and create the action, "Play Video" or something like that.
