"No such interface support"

I'm using RPG 2k3, and I want a video to play. It works just fine in the window mode but once I go full screen it flips out and says "No such interface support" I tried messing around with the (x,y) and the resolution but nothing. Is there a way to get the video to play in full screen or am I out of luck?

i think it happens like in games, cant change video mode, i dont think theres a way except mess properties..
