Personally I love any of the comedy shows on adult swim. But Id like to remember my youth
with cartoons like the tick (him and his unmeasurable lack of logic in situations)
Or that really great old spider man cartoon .

My favorite cartoons are Invader ZIM (not because I have to convince myself I'm "cool" or "goth," but because I was a fan of Vasquez's comics before ZIM even aired), and Megas XLR because of the video game humor and SAILOR MOON/BATTLE OF THE PLANETS REFERENCES ZOMG.

This question sucks for me because I hate American cartoons. I can't think of a single one I ever liked. GI Joe, maybe. Even the old cartoons I liked as a kid were actually anime, like Voltron and Robotech(though both were almost nothing like their japanese counterparts).

Yeah, I'm kinda the same, but I really really like Megas XLR so I can't truthfully say I hate all American cartoons.

I don't like anime NEARLY as much as I used too...I still watch a few shows though, like that Trinity Blood deal, and that other one...Bleach, but that's probably just cuz they're new.

I like The Angry Beavers, Ren and Stimpy, and Zim. I like Jhonen's stuff, but Zim is my favorite, prolly since I saw it first and I hadn't heard of him before then. I have this awesome picture of a kiwi he drew, lemme upload it...

Meh.   Invader Zim is pretty good.  I don't really like any cartoons.  I'd rather anime.  That's just me though =)

Also, I'm not some complete anime freak. Theres just as much shit anime as there is shit american cartoons. Anime just also has a more dramatic, and cooler side as well, something american cartoons generally don't have. Upon further consideration, there are some american cartoons I like(d). The old batman cartoon, and the old X-men cartoon as well. I also liked Batman Beyond, and Samurai Jack.

My Favorite cartoon- Tom and Jerry (funny, even if we saw it 100 times)
All the classics like Dexter and PPg (i used to see them for timepass, these days they dont come at proper times)
Urm, then theres Thats So raven, sweet life , but theyre serials.
