I don't think I qualify, I can only edit battlers and do trp edits.

Heres how the Guild Rank system works

Head Charseter->Lead Contributors(only 2)->Charset Freak(Over 10 Charsets)->Contributors->Apprentice(Applied for a charsetter, but hasnt summited any works.)

Same goes for all classes, cept writing,scripting and eventing.
The top writer,scripter and eventer get to be part of the Guild "Government", which hand out rankups, listen to the lower ranks desicions on how to run the guild, deal with ALL guild transactions and assign them to certain ranks depending on the difficulty level. And help train the apprentices so they can become better.

The rest of the writers and such are automatically promoted to Lead Contributors upon ther first work.

Also to become a head suchandsuch you must submit one tutorial that goes with your job to help out the community. (again, this does not apply to scripting, writing or whatever.)

And the reason I made the "government" this way is so that no job has control over others.
Also, joining the guild, gives you the upperhand at resources and such that havnt been released yet. Plus you get to feel good about helping your community.

Well, what the guilds purpose is, to help the client get all what they need without posting 40 topics and they get it faster to.
