Asked a million times before, and from your question it does not take much of a brain to know that you are quite new to the RPG Maker system!
Let me tell you that you needs lot of scripts, a server and goodness knows how many other things to make an online game!
Perhaps you should just try a single player game or something before moving onto advanced stuff!
