Is there a way to make a card game?

Is there a way to make it so you and someone else(not online) can duel eachother in any card game? Like you get random cards every time. And you can do what you want.

Lolz, you should use Java for that.
But I think you might do it when u first make pictures of all cards you want to have ingame.
Then make for all the cards and item.
Seems kinda hard, just try a lill'and see how it goes...
You'll see, once ur working on it for a while u get the hang of it.
