Level-Up Healing Request

Hi, I'm posting a request for what (I hope) is a very small script.  Basically I want to make it so that whenever a character levels up, they get healed completely.

I found this:

actor.hp = actor.maxhp
actor.sp = actor.maxsp

But it doesn't say what script to put it in or which line or anything like that.
