like instead of going into a turn based style game u can have a button for hit and a button for spells and u walk around and fight them

You use events like in Yossy's game Futaiten.  I honestly have no clue how to do it and it must be hard so you'd have to ask her.

Try searching Rm2k3 ABS tutorials around common Rm2k/3 forums. Those should give you some good results.

But you should have a great deal of experience with switches and variables before you even attempt that.

Mental

Eh its too complex to say here on this post.
What you will need variables set one to health and put it to 5. Everytime a monster hits you it goes down one everytime you kill a monster they drop a heart. Then you gain 1 health.Hit common events and make it so that if you hit A you do sword animation if you hit B you use spell information ETC.

Nightwolf

Use search, i think i asked this question and blue answered it.
Or download yossy's game and see how she did it.
I think it was some switch or something.
Arlen is hot.

It was faaarr more than "some switch" Nightwolf.
