RPG Maker2003: I need help with Several things

Ok well my first question is... how do i make quests.. like um.. I dont really know but just give me examples then i can just use my imagination.

When im testing my game, i bought a "long sword"  and when i went to equip it it wont let me.. ive tryed making an event to equip it but it doesnt work eather.

Oh, how do i make a movie, it says play movie or somthing, and ive thought of alot of ways to put cut scenes in but.. im not sure how to.

Im haveing a block.. strangly i had lots of others to list, but i dont remember, i may come back here and post some more.. I havnt asked for help before but this is getting to me..

Ok for the movie, you need to download a movie maker that makes .avi movies. Then you can import the movies into Rpg Maker, and play them.

Now for the Long Sword. Open the Database (F8), and go to the Items Tab. Go to the Item Long Sword, and you should see a thing that says Usable By:

Make sure the HERO or THE CLASS of the hero is checked. Now you can equip your item.

Hope that helps for now, the quests can take a bit longer, so if you are patient enough I can get them done.
