cannot open system file i need help please

Whenever i try to open a game it says that it cannot open system file anyone have any idea why

If it says "Cannot open. Not a valid win32 or system32 file" then it's not a file that windows reads. So you just downloaded a worthless file.

call me a psychic i think he is talking about a dll he lacks
those can be found stickied somewhere around here.. search for about 30sec and you'll find it -.-
