how can i do that if i kill a monster then he will disappear and then come up after 20 sek. or so?

make monster encounter npcs, once they die turn a switch on
on the monster npcs make a 2nd page precondition it with that switch and put nothing in it.

as a result the monster npc will be gone

then maka a paralell process going:

if switch=on then
-wait 400frames
-switch=off

it won't get your game stuck so no worries
