Other Battle System ?

in RM2K3 the only battle sytem available is the oen where you wait for the bar to fill up then you attack

Is there a way to chaneg it to the way where you order your party and then the one with highest agility attacks first ??
ive tried for at least an hour but couldnt find a way

Nye, it's impossiable to change the default battle system.

Is there any alternatives? Yes using events but it may be a bit advanced.
