How do i make people sit in chairs?

I am trying to make people sit in chairs but they just stand behind it.

The problem is you have to do this for everyone in the game. It's annoying and tedious.

just let them stand on the chairs, it's hardly even noticable that they aren't sitting..(unless you plan on letting the player see it for a long long time)
