I agree with Dwarra. It's too limited in general to see the detail of the map. It's easy to detail. It's hard to detail into the core walking areas of the game.

jesus tapdancing christ. its good. @ dwarra we know you are amazing but a lot of use arent  :^^: but what i really posted for was to ask you (i see you are using the ultimate outside tileset, HOW DID YOU GET IT TO WORK?! i cant have my own tilesets, it makes it so i cant move at all, even when i said the passability is right and stuff.. i really need help with that.

might be helpful to someone but not to me, i did all that before and it doesnt work, i already have the map, and the tileset, and the passability but my comp just hates me.

river is too narrow and two many fires at the bottom and like everyone has said t is OVER detailed...try to slim up on that and it will lok fine....6.5/10

Its better than a lot of games that i've played that were like this graphics wize, REALLY GOOD!

Pretty funky, I reckon it still needs a bit of a clean up, and some of the fires deleting. But other than that its pretty cool! 7.5/10

I like it. I think it's a great sprawling wilderness map. I don't know about over-detailed. I think the only way a map can be over-detailed is if there are so many objects that it restricts the players movement and makes it difficult to navigate through. The hills on the sides are very pretty, but I hope there is more use for them then just decorative. It could be a great chase scene with characters scrambling up the hills and jumping down to get away from whatever, or there could be some goals at the top of the hills that the player has to explore around to find a way up.

As for bugs: I can't see too many, although the very zoomed out view doesn't allow me to inspect the finer details. There is a discontinuity with your hills in the upper right though. One of your hills runs on top of the other. You can do this, but you have to make the top hill be 4 squares tall on the ground, and 2 squares tall when it hits the other hill.

Maybe you should make one. Someone with your dedication can certainly do a wonderful job. And you wont have to bug other people for when they release their games, because once your done, you'll be able to play them all, and they'll play yours. :^^:
