No text on menu or character naming

Hi there,
I use RPG Maker XP, and I have recently started a RPG. I have noticed one thing though. When you are on the menu or renaming your character, there appears to be no text (just blank). I have done a search for this, and had no luck. Like I said, its recently started and my system skin is 'Blue01'. Hope that helps. If you need more info, please ask.

Either upgrade your version of RPG Maker XP to Postality Knights, or install the message patch. Search this site for it.

If i do either, wil my game load in it or do I have to start all over again?

I recommend download Postality Knights here and just open your project, it should work no problem

I have installed it like you said, and it didnt fix my problem

. Should I try the patch as well, or wont it work with this?

some1 massed around with his scripts for as far as i can tell
make a new project, get to data folder, copy and paste the file named scripts
if it doesn't work then maybe upload your project so i can have a lookie

i've just taken the easiest option in my opinion. I have decided to start it again. It doesn't really bother me. Thanks anyway guys.
