    • He's still banned, and theoretically he shouldn't have been able to get around it, as he's banned by username, hostname, e-mail, and IP. He had a new IP, but he was still with the same hostname and everything, so that's confusing. I added his new IP to the list though.

    EDIT: OIC, he got a new host too.
