[VXA]Editting Monogatari

Hi all,
I've been fiddling around with Moghunter's Monogatari script. I found out how to add custom menus and I managed to change the hp/mp/name/states position.
However, I'd like to have a statis states icon, as on the menu it scrolls from right to left. I'd also like the icons to stop 'moving down' (and to stop them from zooming in) when you hover over one.
Could you guys help me out? I can't find the proper code to change.
