[VXA]Edit to Modern Algebra's flash target script

Hello all,

I was hoping to request an edit for the "Flash selected enemy" script by Modern Algebra (found here: http://rmrk.net/index.php?topic=46388.0). I'm willing to pay, though I do not know how much an edit like this might cost.

I'm currently using Modern Algebra's script along with yanfly's AOE script: http://yanflychannel.wordpress.com/rmvxa/gameplay-scripts/target-manager/area-of-effect/   which shows a skill radius shaped like a circle or a rectangle.

My concern is that the flash target script only flashes the chosen target, and not the targets within the radius of the skill. I am aware that yanfly's battle engine script enables the flash function I need, but it conflicts with the victor animated battlers script that I use. Here's a picture of the battle scene for reference:



From this picture, only the knight-like enemy flashes and not the blue one behind it which is caught in the skill's radius. For this script edit I would like all enemies in the radius of a skill to start flashing, and not just the selected target.
