Was A&E's decision to suspend Duck Dynasty's Phil Robertson the right call?

Well, at my last church it was the pastor. He was the head everything. At this new church I have a direct supervisor who is not the head pastor, but is a pastor on staff. He's the executive guy.

Hooray church world! It's a strange place.

It looks like they already lifted the suspension on him. Kinda disappointed honestly, though more from A&E being so quick to change their minds rather than being super offended or anything. Considering the number of people who were upset by his anti-gay comments and then further pissed off by his comments on black people pre civil rights, they should have at least had the balls to go through with their initial decision at least until people had calmed down and forgotten about it a bit.

Saw that last night. Their statement seemed a bit waffle like.

This cnn article shows both sides are happy, with the civil rights and gay rights advocates a little less pleased.

Should be an interesting season.

America, where civil rights and dignity give way to ratings and cash every time.

Well it's not really a civil rights issue; he just thinks gays are the devil.
