What is the meaning behind RU486 in Stone Sour's newest albums?

That question has been bugging me for the past 3 weeks now. I know the albums "House of Gold & Bones 1&2" are based on a comic that Corey Taylor wrote, but I don't have that to prove what that meant in the album either.

Does anyone know what the reference "RU486" meant in those albums?
