Minimum/Maximum TP Requirements for Skills

Summary

Ever wanted to require a given amount of TP for usage of a skill without it actually costing that TP? This script lets you do that! With it, you can set minimum and/or maximum TP values for skills; if the attempted-user has less than the minimum or more than the maximum specified, the skill will be greyed out and unusable.

Usage

Add <tpmin=[value]> to skill notebox to require a minimum TP of [value] for the skill to be usable.
Add <tpmax=[value]> to skill notebox to require a maximum TP of [value] for the skill to be usable.

Both can be used at once to limit a skill's usage to a particular range of TP, though if you set the maximum to be lower than the minimum the skill just plain won't be usable. I'm reasonably sure this is compatible with scripts that alter the TP maximum - it just compares the current value with the given numbers.
Affects both actors and enemies.

Just post them here. This is my first script and I didn't quite get it right on my own, but I'll see what I can do.
