Realization Silence Breaks is a psychologically themed RPG, that uses the standard turn based battle system. However, there are some key differences to this system, as compared to the usual RPG Maker fare.
100% custom monster battlers - by NAMKCOROne member party - you are all alone in this world, and you must rely on yourself to survive.Guard to restore Stamina - defend against enemy attacks to catch your breath and restore Stamina ( used to cast spells ).YEA Ace Battle Engine - For superior display and battle flow.No more random encounters! - Monsters chase you on the map if they can see you, contact creates combat!Rolling releases - Isolation contains only the first chapter of Silence Breaks, keep an eye open for content updates!Additionally, when the final chapter is released, Silence Breaks will have two endings, based on if you found the proper areas in each chapter.
You can go back at any time to explore cleared chapters, so don't worry about it.
Visualization Justification So yeah. I've been working on this game to emotionally vent, so a lot of the imagery is tuned in that vein.
Basically I'm just having trouble lately, and this is helping, so pardon if the game is rather depressing thematically!
That said, the bosses and areas are supposed to represent emotional battles and such, and it's not so much a cry for help or attention, so much as creating stuff is my coping mechanism.
Communication I wouldn't have gotten this far so quickly without the aid of my testers, and the resources I've found. So, credit where credit is due!
