[VX][Request] Item Combine

So if there is a Skills mixing . How about Item mixing ?? and i can open it in the Menu .

its like --  "OH! im barely wounded i need to make a potion."
then --   Press X select item and combine the green herb + empty bottle = potion
and --  "Now i can heal my self"
all right --    "Lets finish this game"

Im searching for that script anywhere well i only saw for the skills. Well actually i saw one but its for [RMVXA].
Im kind a noob from scripting that's why me and myself calling for a help.

I think that you haven't searched well enough. Try here: RMVX script database
I remember that there are a few good item combining scripts,
for example: Grid Crafting System
or maybe: Sidhenidon's Crafting System
but you can look for yourself. And if you read the request script guides you can find different places where to look at. It's impossible you haven't found a script like the one you mean.
