Running a game in a unit w/o RMXP. [XP]

Hi guys ! it's been a while

Ok here's my question, how can I run a gama created using RPG maker XP in a unit/PC/laptop that has no RPG maker XP on it ??

RGSS102E.dll is missing is what is says.. And I think there's gonna be more problem.

I need help! 

I have a job interview as a game developer, and asking me to show any previous work and this, my thesis, is my biggest work on game development.

I hope there's a way. Thanks !

When you compress the game, check the option that says 'include RTP'
