[RMVXA] Need help with Yanfly Skill learning script

I am reduing this post because now idk what happened but the script just stopped working completly. I even reinstalled both Skill learning and JP manager but no matter what I do My characters don't earn any JP at all, I have used tags in it like <JP earned: 5> nothing I tried leaving it blank and letting the default take over, nothing and if they do earn jp only the lead character gets it and in the last 2 days no one has recieved any JP. can anyone help???
