[RVXA] Wait for input during battle log (like normal message window)

Instead of the battle log going to the next line automatically, I'd like the battle log to wait for user input, like a normal message window. In addition to displaying the arrow graphic found in the windowskin.

Example:
x attacks!
(player has to press B or C)
(attack animation is displayed)
x took x damage!
