[VX] Cannot be Resurrected state

I'd like to get a script made, preferably with use of note tags (to be placed in the state's notebox) that disallows being resurrected (through use of items or skills). Something such as:

<cannot res>

The only way to resume being able to be resurrected is by removal of the state, I.E. the battle ends, the state is removed, and the dead character can again be res'd.
